15-16u Girls Serve/Pass Training

What to Expect

Athletes will focus on developing serve variety and precision, working on float and top-spin serves with increased speed and accuracy. Training will emphasize ball trajectory control, approach refinement, maximizing spin efficiency, and consistent contact points to ensure repeatable and reliable high-level serves. Players will also develop the ability to place serves in specific zones, control serve height, and adjust for depth and velocity. Passing development will center on precise angle adjustments, platform discipline, and midline core control to handle different serve speeds and movements. Athletes will work on faster foot adjustments, optimizing shoulder angles for clean redirections, and minimizing unnecessary movement to improve efficiency. As the season progresses, sessions will introduce more aggressive serve types, faster reaction drills, and controlled scrimmage scenarios that challenge athletes to maintain technique under increasing pressure. Limit of 6 athletes supported by 2 coaches.
