The program replaces our previous plans system while maintaining the same financial benefits.

9. Q: What is the coach-to-athlete ratio at AIRTIME clinics? A: We maintain a low coach-to-athlete ratio to ensure that each participant receives personalized attention and feedback. The exact ratio may vary depending on the specific clinic. 3-1 for most regular sessions and 2-1 or 3-1 for the technical component of the extended session.

22 Q: What makes AIRTIME's extended sessions different from regular training? A: Our competitive sessions are specifically designed to mimic high-pressure game situations. The first half focuses on honing specific technical cues, while the second half places these skills into competitive scenarios. This creates an environment that challenges players while preparing them for real competitive play.

23 Q: Why does AIRTIME limit class sizes? A: We maintain small class sizes to maximize individual attention, provide more meaningful repetitions, and ensure each athlete receives specific feedback. This approach allows our coaches to address individual needs while maintaining a competitive training environment.

24 Q: How many AIRTIME clinics should I attend each week? A: We believe in holistic player development. We recommend trying different session types to experience training across various positions. For optimal development, focus on 4 sessions in your natural position (extended/comp) and attend 2-4 sessions in other positions to build a well-rounded skill set.

25 Q: Can I film my child's sessions for recruiting purposes? A: Yes, we provide tripods to allow filming during competitive sessions. Athletes are welcome to record their performance for later review or to share with college recruiters. Tripods are also available during regular sessions for technical analysis.

These sessions are ideal for athletes looking to accelerate their improvement in specific areas or positions and offer more individualized coaching attention.
